Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

• Europe: 3–7 business days
• United States & Canada: 3–5 business days
• Rest of world: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or peak seasons are outside our control.

Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 1–2 business days to activate.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours if a correction is needed.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
